Shipping Options & Charges
Orders can be shipped via Express or Registered Mail. Please refer to the table below for charges & estimated delivery time for both options. Also please inquire regarding charges and estimated delivery times for shipments to countries other than the US.

 

Domestic US shipping

Returning a Purchase

All returns (excluding Special/Custom orders) must be made within 10 days to qualify for a refund (less shipping charges). A restocking fee of 30% will be deducted from the final payment or an in store credit may be issued. To return an item please call our Customer Service Department at 1-877-ZHAVERI (942-8374) to obtain an Authorization. You will also be advised as to which one of our service centers you should ship the item to at that time. For your protection, please insure all packages for the total dollar amount of the items being returned. We do not accept responsibility for items shipped back to us incorrectly causing damage or wrongly insured. NOTE: No returns will be accepted without an Authorization.



Returning a Gift
When items are returned, we will credit the original purchaser's credit card, or issue an in store credit. If you are returning an incorrectly shipped or defective item, call our Customer Service Department at 1-877-ZHAVERI (942-8374) for assistance, and possible reimbursement of shipping charges.
