Returning an item
Customer must notify us within 10 days of receiving items to qualify for store credit. A restocking fee of up to 30% will be deducted from the purchase price of the items for in store credit. Shipping charges must be paid in full. Special Custom Orders do not qualify for returns or store credit.
To return an item, please email sales@zhaveri.com with your name, order details and invoice number to obtain a Return Authorization Number, and our return address. For your protection, please insure all packages for the total dollar amount of the items being returned. We do not accept responsibility for items shipped back to us incorrectly, either causing damage to the items or wrongly insured and/or shipped to wrong address. Please make sure to secure the items in the box before shipping.
NOTE: No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number
Shipping
All products are usually shipped as soon as possible for in-stock items. For items that are on back order, an update email will be sent for expected time of delivery. Most back orders should be ready in 2-4 weeks. However, if there is any change in delivery time of an order we will inform you accordingly.
Online Payments
Purchases made online may require upto 3 days for the secure payment process to be completed. Once payment is secured, the order will be shipped and a tracking number will be sent to the customer.
