Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit Policy
All sales are final. Exchanges may be permitted subject to the conditions outlined below.
Returns & Store Credit
Customers must notify us within 10 days of receiving their order to be eligible for store credit.
Approved returns are subject to a restocking fee of up to 30% of the purchase price, which will be deducted from the amount issued as store credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and must be paid in full by the customer.
Special orders, custom-made items, and personalized merchandise are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.
Return Authorization
To request a return, please email sales@zhaveri.com with your name, order details, and invoice number. Once your request is reviewed, you will be provided with a Return Authorization (RA) Number and return shipping instructions.
For your protection, all return shipments must be fully insured for the total value of the merchandise being returned. Zhaveri Jewelers is not responsible for items that are lost, damaged, improperly packaged, underinsured, or shipped to an incorrect address. Please ensure all items are securely packaged before shipment.
No returns will be accepted without a valid Return Authorization Number.
Shipping
In-stock items are generally shipped as soon as possible. If an item is on backorder, an email update will be sent with the estimated delivery timeframe.
Most backordered items are expected to be available within 2–4 weeks. Should there be any change to the anticipated delivery schedule, we will notify you promptly.
Online Payments
Online purchases may require up to 3 business days for payment verification and processing. Once payment has been approved and secured, your order will be shipped and a tracking number will be provided.
